Abrash embroidery invites you to the fascinating world of embroidery and beading.
Trained in both Fine Art and Interior Design, artisan Laurie Lemelin earned her living as an Interior Designer for almost 20 years. Taught to sew and embroider at an early age by her Mom and Grandmother, she sought a way to combine her passion for design with her love of fashion, textiles and pattern. The chance discovery of a professional embroidery course changed Laurie's life. With the help of this course she developed the techniques necessary to carry out her passion and opened her eyes to the 'Art of Embroidery'.
Laurie's careful, patient workmanship combined with the use of natural fibre fabrics and threads such as silk and linen, offer today's woman a non-conventional style option.
